The rules for the prize draws attached to the referral program.

No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to win, and buying something does not improve your chances.
You can enter free by registering for the workshop at no cost and attending live, or by emailing your name, practice name and email address to lucas@jansenlucas.com with the subject line GIVEAWAY ENTRY. A free entry is treated exactly like any other, and is drawn from the same pool as entries held by VIP ticket holders. One free entry per person per day.
This section is not decoration. Charging for entry to a prize draw turns it into a lottery in most of the United States and in much of Europe.

This promotion is run by Insight Information B.V., trading as JansenLucas.com of Avignonlaan 16, 5627GA Eindhoven, Nederland, the Sponsor. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, YouTube, Meta, or any other platform it is promoted on.

Who may enter
Open to legal residents of any country where this promotion is lawful who are 18 or over at the time of entry, and who own or co-own a dental practice. The prize is a build for a practice, so it cannot be awarded to an entrant who does not have one.
Not open to the Sponsor's employees or contractors, or to their immediate families or households.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. If you live somewhere that does not permit this promotion, you cannot enter, and an entry made anyway is disqualified rather than honoured.

Entry period
Entries open at 12:00am Pacific on 29 August 2026 and close at 8:00am Pacific on 26 September 2026, when the live workshop begins. The Sponsor's clock decides.
Anything received outside that window is void, however it arrived.

How to enter
Either by qualifying through the referral program as described in the Affiliate Terms, or by the free method in section 1. Both produce one entry each and are drawn together.
Entries produced by a script, a bot, or any automated means are void, as are entries from addresses you generated or control. Attempting to enter more times than these rules allow voids all your entries, not just the extra ones.

Prizes and odds
One prize is awarded: The Complete Practice Takeover, a full patient acquisition build delivered for the winner's practice.
Prize: The Complete Practice Takeover -- a custom practice website, a patient booking funnel integrated with the winner's scheduling, a local search foundation targeting implant and veneer terms in their city, a Google Business Profile overhaul, automated post-appointment review generation, and a 90-day growth dashboard with three months of optimisation. Approximate retail value: $15,250 USD. Number available: 1.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Total prize value across the promotion: $15,250 USD.
No cash alternative. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised one becomes unavailable. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be sold.

Winner selection and notification
The winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries during the live workshop on 26 September 2026, under the supervision of the Sponsor, and the draw is final. The draw is conducted live on the stream. An entrant who is not present when the draw is made remains eligible and is contacted by email.
The winner is announced live on the stream and notified by email at the address on their entry within 5 business days.
A winner who does not respond within 14 days, whose email bounces, or who turns out to be ineligible, forfeits the prize, and an alternate is drawn.
Before a prize is released the Sponsor may require an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release, and may verify identity and residence.

Taxes
Every tax on a prize is the winner's responsibility. Where the law requires it the Sponsor will report the value of the prize awarded and may need a tax identification number before releasing it.
The prize is delivered as services and software, not as goods, so no shipping or import duty arises. Any local charge or withholding on the value of the prize is the winner's responsibility.

Publicity
Except where the law forbids conditioning a prize on it, accepting a prize is permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, town and likeness to announce the result, without further payment.
Where local law does not allow publicity to be a condition, the prize is awarded anyway and the winner may decline to be named.

General conditions
The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, breaks these rules, or acts in bad faith, and may cancel or amend the promotion if fraud or a technical failure makes it impossible to run as designed. Where it is cancelled, any prize is awarded from the eligible entries received before the problem arose.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, corrupted or misdirected, or for any failure of a network, server or provider outside its control.
By entering you release the Sponsor from any claim arising out of the promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law and winners list
These rules are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
