Is the workshop live or a recording?✕
Live. Saturday, October 24th at 8AM Pacific / 11AM Eastern. 90 minutes. VIP questions are taken live. You can ask questions and I answer them on the call.
VIPs also get the recording afterwards. Free seats do not. That is not a scarcity tactic -- the recording is one of the things the $97 pays for.

What do I do if something goes wrong with my order?✕
Reply to your confirmation email and it comes straight to us. Do not use a contact form for a payment issue -- the reply gets to a person faster.
What if the audit never arrives?✕
Audits are written by hand and take 7 to 14 days (48 hours with Skip the line). If yours has not arrived after that, reply to your receipt with the URL of your practice site and we will chase it. Tell us within 30 days of purchase. The most common cause is a typo in the website field at checkout.
