What exactly is the VIP audit?✕
A written audit of your own practice website. Not a template, not a checklist -- your site, by name, with the specific reasons visitors are landing on it and not calling you.
It runs 14 conversion checks that matter for cosmetic and implant cases: whether a new patient can find your case photos, how many clicks to a booking, what your phone number does on a mobile screen, what happens after hours.
🕐 It is emailed to you automatically when you upgrade. You do not wait for the workshop and you do not have to be picked in a drawing. Every VIP gets one.
⛔️ It does not include us making the changes. That is a separate conversation and only if you want one.

Is the workshop live or a recording?✕
Live. Saturday, September 26th at 8AM Pacific / 11AM Eastern. Two hours. You can ask questions and I answer them on the call.
VIPs also get the recording afterwards. Free seats do not. That is not a scarcity tactic -- the recording is one of the things the $29 pays for.

Yes. If you do not get at least ten times the value of the $29 out of the audit and the workshop, email us and we refund you -- and you keep the audit. We are not going to argue with you over $29.
Is there a guarantee on the workshop itself?✕

What do I do if something goes wrong with my order?✕
Reply to your confirmation email and it comes straight to us. Do not use a contact form for a payment issue -- the reply gets to a person faster.
What if the audit never arrives?✕
Reply to your receipt with the URL of your practice site and we will run it by hand. Tell us within 30 days of purchase. The most common cause is a typo in the website field at checkout.
