The Whole Build, At The Price We Only Run After A Workshop

$15,250 of work on the sheet, built and run for you. One implant case tends to cover it, and in most jurisdictions the whole thing is deductible.

If you were on the workshop,

here is the build we walked through, priced the way it is only priced for the people who actually turned up - and it closes Monday.

One implant case tends to cover the build. In most jurisdictions the whole thing is deductible. Check with your accountant rather than with me.

If you own the practice and you make the decisions, keep reading.

If you just opened - do not buy this yet. Under $8K a month there is nothing here worth $2,000 to you, and I would rather you come back in a year.

If you missed the workshop, the replay and the front desk scripts land in your email on Tuesday. The replay is free. This page is the part that is not.

For everyone who owns a practice and was on the call: the window is short and the reason is boring. We build five of these a month. Let's get to it.

Who we have actually built for.

25+ builds in 6 months across 12 countries. Named, and none of them invented: Elisha Palmer at Soul Fuel Kitchen in England, Julie at Drug Free World Belgium, Marcia at BrasilClear in Brazil. Jasson at Somerlanne in Mexico is a strategy call, not a build.

Straight up: not one of them is a dental practice. Dentistry is the market we are taking this system into, and you would be among the first. We would rather tell you that than show you a screenshot of a dentist we have never worked with.

What carries across is the mechanism, not the industry. Every one of those builds was the same problem -- a business getting found and not getting called -- and the four parts above are what we did about it.

JansenLucas.com does not guarantee any specific results. Experiences discussed may not be typical. Background, education, application, and effort may affect your business experience. Your results may vary.

Twenty-five builds in six months, and the same two problems every time...

Over the last six months we shipped 25+ builds across 12 countries. Restaurants, clinics, charities, retail. Different industries, one repeating pattern.

Building sites one at a time, from scratch, for a different industry every month is a slow way to run an agency. There was a reason I did it that way for six months. Here it is

I did it for one reason: to find out what actually repeats

Across all 25 of them, the enquiries got stuck in the same four places:

  1. Nobody could find them
  2. People found them and left
  3. People enquired and nobody called back
  4. People called back and nobody tracked what happened

So we stopped rebuilding from scratch and wrote down the four fixes as a system, with a checklist for each, and ran it on every build after that to see whether it held.

And - I called it the...

What the build
actually contains

PART #1:

🖥️The Practice Website

The site rebuilt around one job: turning a stranger searching for implants into a booked consultation.

BUILD MY PRACTICE SYSTEM

FROM CASES & CREDIBILITY...

It'll show you how we put your case photography where a nervous patient actually looks, say your credentials in language a patient understands, and handle the fee conversation on the page instead of on the first call.

  • This is the same build we have shipped 25+ times in six months, across 12 countries.
  • Not a promise that you install it and cases appear.
  • It takes a practice that already has patients and already does the clinical work well.
  • So your results will differ.

TO SPEED & MOBILE

Straight up: the named results we have are service businesses, not dental practices.

  • Elisha Palmer, Soul Fuel Kitchen, England. Julie, Drug Free World Belgium. Marcia, BrasilClear, Brazil.
  • We would rather show you real names than invent a dentist.
  • The mechanism does not change between them: nothing here is about getting more people to your site.
  • It is about what the people already arriving do next.

Why This Part Works

The mechanism: none of this is about getting more people to your site. It is about what the people already arriving do next -- and on most practice sites, what they do next is leave.

A practice doing $10K a month in production is usually not short of traffic. It is short of a page that answers the two questions a nervous implant patient has before they will pick up the phone.

JansenLucas.com does not guarantee any specific results. Experiences discussed may not be typical. Background, education, application, and effort may affect your business experience. Your results may vary.

PART #2:

📞The Booking Funnel

The path from interested to on the schedule, wired to the software your front desk already uses.

BUILD MY PRACTICE SYSTEM

ENQUIRY & RESPONSE TIME...

Three things that close the gap between an enquiry arriving and somebody answering it...

  • An enquiry form that asks the two questions telling you whether it is a real case.
  • Automatic acknowledgement in seconds, so nobody sits wondering whether it sent.
  • And the follow-up that runs on its own while your front desk is with a patient.
  • An enquiry that waits until tomorrow has already called someone else.

TO THE FRONT DESK

And the scripts:

  • What your team says when an implant enquiry calls.
  • What they say when it goes to voicemail, and the sequence that runs after.
  • And the handoff into your scheduling software, so nothing lives in someone's notebook.
  • This is the cheapest fix in the system and the one practices have almost never touched.

Why This Part Works

The mechanism: an enquiry that waits until tomorrow has already called someone else. Almost all of this part is about the first hour, not the first week.

This is the cheapest fix in the whole system and the one practices have almost never touched, because it is front desk work rather than marketing work and nobody owns it.

JansenLucas.com does not guarantee any specific results. Experiences discussed may not be typical. Background, education, application, and effort may affect your business experience. Your results may vary.

PART #3:

📍Local Search & Reviews

Being findable by the patients already searching in your city, and being the obvious choice when they compare.

BUILD MY PRACTICE SYSTEM

FINDABILITY...

Use this when you are the best dentist in town and nobody outside your existing list knows it.

  • Implant and veneer keywords targeted to your city rather than to the whole country.
  • Your Google Business Profile rebuilt -- hours, categories, photos, the questions people actually ask.
  • And the location pages that make you appear for the suburbs you draw from.
  • $2,000 and $1,500 on the build sheet. Both are inside the system.

TO REPUTATION

Use this when you have hundreds of happy patients and thirty reviews.

  • A text and an email that go out after the appointment, while they still feel good about it.
  • Timed to the appointment type, because the moment that works after a cleaning is not the moment that works after a graft.
  • And a quiet path for the unhappy ones to reach you before they reach the internet.
  • You already earn the reviews. This part is only about asking at the moment they will leave one.

Why This Part Works

The mechanism: the patient searching “implants near me” is not comparing clinical skill, because they cannot see it. They compare what the map result shows them, which is your rating, your photos and how recently anyone said anything.

This is the slowest part to move and the reason the retainer runs six months. Three months of local search and reviews tells you nothing true.

JansenLucas.com does not guarantee any specific results. Experiences discussed may not be typical. Background, education, application, and effort may affect your business experience. Your results may vary.

PART #4:

📈The Growth Dashboard

Ninety days of watching the numbers with you, and fixing what the numbers say is broken.

BUILD MY PRACTICE SYSTEM

FROM MEASUREMENT...

Three things that end the guessing about what your marketing is doing.

  • Every enquiry tracked to where it came from, so you stop guessing which channel pays.
  • Consultation bookings and case value in one place instead of three systems.
  • And the drop-off points named, so you see where people leave rather than that they left.
  • Most practices we look at have eleven problems on the site. Two of them are costing the cases.

TO OPTIMISATION

Then we keep working:

  • Three months of us changing things based on what the dashboard shows.
  • The page that underperforms gets rewritten, not left there.
  • And a monthly read on what moved, in plain language, not a PDF of charts.
  • The site is the cheapest thing to fix and the last thing most practices look at.

We will not show you someone else's revenue chart here. The number that moves for you is your own, and you do not have it yet.

What you will have by month three is the before and after of the same four numbers: calls, answered, booked, and what a booked case is worth.

Why This Part Works

The mechanism: you cannot fix what nobody is counting. Most practices know last month's production and nothing about how many people called, how many were answered, and how many booked.

The dashboard exists to name the one constraint that is currently costing the most, so the next month of work goes at that and not at whatever feels urgent.

JansenLucas.com does not guarantee any specific results. Experiences discussed may not be typical. Background, education, application, and effort may affect your business experience. Your results may vary.

Why This Works Across Industries

Now, you might be wondering “will this work in my industry?” Yes.

It would be like asking “does advertising, hiring or pricing work in my industry?” Yes.

A patient choosing an implant practice does the same four things as anyone choosing a service they cannot easily judge.

They search. They look at photos. They compare reviews. Then they decide whether to pick up the phone.

Cosmetic and implant work sits at the far end of that -- high value, elective, and researched for weeks before anyone calls.

Which is exactly why what your site does with the traffic matters more here than in almost any other business.

The four parts map onto those four moments.

Why This Works at Any Size

You might also be wondering “will this work at my size?”

Single-chair or six operatories, the arithmetic is the same.

More of the people already finding you become consultations, and more of those become cases. That is the whole model.

I am describing a mechanism, not promising a number. What you get out depends on you.

Below $8K a month, though, this is the wrong purchase. Not enough traffic arrives for a conversion fix to show up.

Above it, the difference is scale, not strategy. The four parts do not change.

The Critical Bonuses That Make This Complete

But that's not all. You're also getting two bonuses that make this implementation system complete.

INTRODUCING BONUS #1

Your 90-Day Growth Dashboard

Growth Dashboard

Every enquiry tracked to where it came from, and ninety days of us changing what it says is broken. Twelve countries of pattern, applied to your practice.

WHAT IS THE GROWTH DASHBOARD?

Next you might wonder “fine, but how do I know whether any of it is working?”

That is why the ninety days after launch are included rather than sold separately, and here is the part that matters.

We keep working on it after it goes live -- the page that underperforms gets rewritten, rather than left there for you to notice a year later.

Calls, forms and bookings land in one place with the source attached.

So when you ask which channel paid for itself last month, there is an answer instead of an opinion.

Nine times out of ten it names a channel the practice was about to cut.

BUILD MY PRACTICE SYSTEM

LIVEbuild kickoff session

You Might Be Wondering “Which Of These Do I Actually Need?”

That's why I'm also including tickets to a build kickoff session...

It is a working session, not an onboarding call. We arrive with the audit already done.

You and me, screen shared, going through your own site and agreeing what gets built first.

The written audit answers that before you spend anything -- it names the two things costing you cases.

BUILD MY PRACTICE SYSTEM

What the build kickoff session actually is...

Ninety minutes, screen shared, your site and your numbers open in front of both of us. Not a call about what we might do -- the call where the build gets scoped against what is actually on your site today.

You leave it with the two things costing you the most cases named, in order, and the build plan written against them. Your practice manager should be in the room: half of what gets decided is front desk work, and a plan they heard about afterwards does not get run.

This workshop has not happened yet, so there is no attendee feedback to show you here. There will be. Until then this block says what the session is rather than borrowing what somebody said about a different one.

Why now matters - the cost of waiting

Now, you might be asking yourself “why should I act now instead of waiting?”

Well, there's never a “perfect” time for anything. But there is a cost to waiting.

Right now, while you're figuring things out, you might be spending more on ads than you need to.

Or pricing in a way that leaves money on the table.

Or losing customers you could have kept.

Not because you're doing anything wrong - but because you haven't figured everything out yet.

And there is a second cost, which is the one practices underrate.

Your city has a fixed number of people searching for implants this month.

They are going to book somewhere.

An implant patient is not a transaction. They are the next twenty years of a family's dentistry, and the practice that gets found first keeps them.

Every month you wait is a month of those going to the practice down the road.

You do not get them back later.

That is the actual cost of waiting, and it does not show up on any report.

The Investment

(And Why It's Practically Free)

What It Costs If You Buy The Pieces Separately

Line by line, the build sheet comes to $15,250.

That is the same $15,250 we give one attendee outright on the day. It is a real number, not an anchor we made up.

You get all five parts, built and run for ninety days, for $2,000 and $750/mo.

Your investment: $2,000 to build it, then $750/mo to run it.

Or split the build into four payments. Same total, spread over four months -- it lowers the barrier, not the value.

The $400 website audit is folded in rather than sold to you again. It is the first thing we do.

THE REALITY CHECK

If The Workshop Was Worth More Than You Paid For It, This Is The Next Step.

If not, don't. I'm here to help you make progress you haven't made.

Why This Could Pay For Itself, This Week

One implant case pays for the build. Most practices know what theirs is worth.

The enquiry follow-up is the cheapest part of this and usually the first thing that moves.

These things take a long time to figure out and not long to install. That is the whole reason this is worth buying rather than reading about. You are getting the same build we have shipped 25+ times.

Kickoff session in the first week, where we go through your own site with you. Not a video library.

One time only. Goes away Monday.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does this cost $2,000 plus $750 a month?+

The $2,000 builds it. The $750 runs it. Itemised, the build is $15,250 of work -- the site, the booking funnel, local search, the profile, review generation and the dashboard. The monthly is the part most agencies skip: somebody actually looking at the numbers and changing the page that is underperforming. A site nobody touches after launch goes stale in a quarter.

Can I split the payment?+

Yes. The build can be paid in four instead of one. Same total, four payments -- it lowers the barrier, not the value. Ask on the call and we set it up.

Is this a course, or do you build it?+

We build it. You are not getting videos and a checklist. We write the pages, wire the booking flow, rebuild the profile and set up the review automation. Your job is to answer questions about your own practice and approve things.

How long until the site is live?+

The build runs over weeks, not months, and it depends almost entirely on how fast we get your case photos and your team's input. Practices that hand those over in the first week go live fastest. That is the honest version.

What exactly are the four parts?+

The Practice Website. The Booking Funnel. Local Search and Reviews. The Growth Dashboard. They are listed in order above, and they are in that order because each one is worthless without the one before it. A booking funnel behind a site nobody trusts does nothing.

Where do you start?+

With the audit. Before anything gets built we go through your current site against the same checks we sell at $400 on its own, and the audit tells you which two of the eleven problems are actually costing you cases. We fix those first.

Will this work for a practice my size?+

It is built for owner-operators doing $10K+ a month with an existing patient base and a meaningful share of revenue in cosmetic or implant work. If you just opened, or you are under $8K a month, or you are purely insurance-driven general dentistry, this is not for you yet. Come to a later one.

What if I don't know what to change on my own site?+

That is the point of the audit. You do not have to diagnose it. You bring the URL, we tell you what is wrong and in what order it matters, and then we do the work.

When is the build kickoff session?+

Within the first week of purchase. It is a working session, not an onboarding call -- we come with the audit already done and leave with the build plan agreed.

How does the Growth Dashboard work?+

Every enquiry is tagged to where it came from, so calls, forms and bookings land in one place with the source attached. You get a monthly read on what moved, in plain language. Nine times out of ten it tells a practice that one channel they were about to cut is the one paying.

What does the $750 a month cover?+

Three months of tune-ups inside the build, then ongoing after that if you want it. It is the dashboard, the changes we make based on it, and the review automation staying pointed at the right appointment types. Cancel with one click.

What if this doesn't work for me?+

Then you tell us and we keep working, or you leave. There is no lock-in on the monthly. What we will not do is promise you a number of cases -- nobody honest can, and the practices that get the most out of this are the ones who did not need that promise to start.

Who do I talk to after we start?+

Me, and the same small team that built it. lucas@jansenlucas.com reaches us. You are not being handed to an account manager who has never seen your site.

Can my practice manager be involved?+

Bring them. The front desk scripts and the follow-up sequences are for them, not for you, and a build where the practice manager was in the room from the start gets used. One where they were told about it afterwards usually does not.

What happens after I purchase?+

You get the audit questionnaire straight away, the kickoff session inside the first week, and a build plan you sign off before anything is written. Nothing gets published without you seeing it.

Can I buy just the website and skip the rest?+

You can, and most practices who do come back for the rest within a quarter. A beautiful site with the old enquiry form behind it is the exact problem this workshop is about. If budget is the constraint, take the split payment rather than taking a smaller piece of the system.

“I have built these for service businesses in twelve countries, and the pattern was identical every single time. The traffic was never the problem. What the site did with the traffic was. Dentistry is where I am taking this next.

Bring your URL.”

-Lucas
